INQUIRY:
It all begins with your inquiry, whether through our online form, email, or a quick phone chat. This is where we learn about your date, venue, vision, and bridal party needs.
CUSTOM PROPOSAL:
We’ll prepare a tailored quote for your review, outlining services, artist recommendations, and any details specific to your day.
CONTRACT AND RETAINER:
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send you contract and retainer details. A signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer officially secure your date.
YOU’RE OFFICIALLY BOOKED:
From here, we’re available for communication, updates, and any questions that arise throughout your planning journey.
BRIDAL PREVIEW (Trial)
Your trial can be scheduled at any time after booking, though we recommend 3–6 months before your wedding. Choose between our Signature or Luxe (ask for more details.) We host trials exclusively at our Downtown Roswell Studio. For out-of-town brides or those with limited availability, the Friday of wedding-weekend trial on-location is possible if scheduling earlier isn’t feasible.
FINAL PAYMENT:
The remaining balance is due on the 1st of the month of your wedding (e.g., a May 15 wedding would have a final payment due May 1)
THE SCHEDULE:
Your detailed beauty timeline will be sent 2 weeks before your wedding, ensuring a smooth, stress-free morning. If you’d like it earlier for planning purposes, just ask.
YOUR WEDDING DAY:
Your artist team will arrive promptly, ready to create your look in a calm, joyful environment. Every detail will be taken care of so you can relax and savor the moment.
AFTER THE DAY:
Don’t be a stranger! We’d love to hear from you. We love seeing and sharing your professional photos (with permission) and hearing about your favorite memories. If you feel inclined, we would be so grateful for a review on Google and/or The Knot, it helps other brides find us and experience the same care you did.

TIMING & SCHEDULE:
The beauty schedule will be made by Megan and will be structured around the timeframe that makes best sense for all parties. Early morning fees will be applied if a job is needed to begin before 8:00am. Expect 45- 90 minutes appointment times.
TEAM STRUCTURE:
Our team is intentionally structured to provide a seamless, elevated experience. Lead Artists prioritize bridal services and detailed finishing work while also completing additional services as needed, while Supporting Artists complete full hair and makeup services for attendants. This collaborative approach allows for an efficient, well-paced morning without compromising the level of artistry Jolie Artistry & Co. is known for.
DAY OF MINIMUMS:
Each artist has a personal day of minimum of $1200 to be booked. If the artist's minimum is not met a gap fee will be added to the quote to reach the set minimum. Gap fee services can be filled at no additional cost at any time. There are no minimums for Monday- Thursday elopements or weddings. These day of minimums do not include travel, tip, or trial fees.
TRAVEL:
Each travel fee is custom based on arrival time, distance, and time spent traveling per artist from their home base to the getting ready location. If event is 2 hours or more away a “Travel and Logistics Fee” will be added to cover accommodations, per diem, and travel according to the bookings needs and location.
BOOKING:
We are booked on a first come first serve basis. A 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract is due at the time of booking to officially hold a date. Dates cannot be held without both on file. The remaining 50% balance will be due on the first of wedding month. All payments for all services are to be received by one person.
GRATUITY:
Never expected but always deeply appreciated. It can be added to your final bill or provided directly to your artists in cash or by check (preferred). If you’d like to send it digitally, your prep email will include each artist’s individual Venmo account.
