how we work…
1. INQUIRY: It all begins with your inquiry, whether through our online form, email, or a quick phone chat. This is where we learn about your date, venue, vision, and bridal party needs.
2. CUSTOM PROPOSAL: We’ll prepare a tailored quote for your review, outlining services, artist recommendations, and any details specific to your day.
3. CONTRACT AND RETAINER: Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send you contract and retainer details. A signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer officially secure your date.
4. YOU’RE OFFICIALLY BOOKED: From here, we’re available for communication, updates, and any questions that arise throughout your planning journey.
5. BRIDAL PREVIEW (Trial) Your trial can be scheduled at any time after booking, though we recommend 3–6 months before your wedding. Choose between our Signature or Luxe (ask for more details.) We host trials exclusively at our Downtown Roswell Studio. For out-of-town brides or those with limited availability, the Friday of wedding-weekend trial on-location is possible if scheduling earlier isn’t feasible.
6. FINAL PAYMENT: The remaining balance is due on the 1st of the month of your wedding (e.g., a May 15 wedding would have a final payment due May 1)
7. THE SCHEDULE: Your detailed beauty timeline will be sent 2 weeks before your wedding, ensuring a smooth, stress-free morning. If you’d like it earlier for planning purposes, just ask.
8. YOUR WEDDING DAY: Your artist team will arrive promptly, ready to create your look in a calm, joyful environment. Every detail will be taken care of so you can relax and savor the moment.
9. AFTER THE DAY: Don’t be a stranger! We’d love to hear from you. We love seeing and sharing your professional photos (with permission) and hearing about your favorite memories. If you feel inclined, we would be so grateful for a review on Google and/or The Knot, it helps other brides find us and experience the same care you did.
the fine print
Scheduling
All beauty timelines are custom created by Megan based on your wedding timeline, service count, and overall flow of the morning.
Appointment lengths typically range from 30–60 minutes, depending on the service and look. Early-morning fees apply for start times before 8:00 AM.
Artists
The number of artists needed is based on your group size and timeline.
For larger parties or tighter timelines, additional artist support may be recommended to ensure a smooth, relaxed experience.
Additional artist fees start at $600.
Packages and À La Carte
For smaller parties or simpler mornings, services may be booked à la carte.
For larger parties or weddings needing extended on-site support, our Bridal Experience packages are often the best fit.
We are always happy to guide you toward the option that makes the most sense for your day.
Minimums
Each artist has a day-of minimum. If their minimum is not met, a gap fee may apply.
There are no minimums for Monday–Thursday elopements or weddings.
Travel
Travel fees are customized per artist and based on location and timing. Overnight accommodations are required for events located two hours or more away. A per diem per day will be added per artist traveling.
Booking
A signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on the first day of your wedding month.
Gratuity
Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected.
